The founder and publisher of Irrigation and Melioration is the “Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers” National Research University (TIIAME NRU), Uzbekistan.
Publishing activities
The Institute provides the organisational and financial basis for publication, operates the publishing platform, supports the technical preparation and posting of publications, maintains metadata, and preserves materials in accordance with the Digital Archiving and Long-Term Preservation Policy.
Editorial independence
Scientific assessment of manuscripts, the organisation of peer review and decisions to accept or reject submissions fall within the authority of the Editor-in-Chief and authorised editors. The Institute provides the conditions for their work and does not predetermine decisions on individual articles. Administrative, financial and personal interests must not influence scientific assessment.
Open access and funding
The publisher supports open access and adherence to the journal’s published policies. The standard article processing charge for an accepted article is USD 100. In 2026, the Institute covers the costs in full: authors pay USD 0, and no other publication fees are charged. Funding confers no advantage in manuscript assessment.
