About Journal
“Agroengineering Solutions” is a peer-reviewed scientific and technical journal founded in 2022 by the National Research University “Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers.” The journal is officially registered by the Agency of Information and Mass Communications under the Administration of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan under registration certificate No. 042944, issued on 12 October 2022.
Pursuant to Resolution No. 357/4 of the Presidium of the Higher Attestation Commission under the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovations of the Republic of Uzbekistan, dated July 3, 2024, the journal has been included in the list of scientific publications recommended for the publication of the principal research findings of dissertations submitted in partial fulfillment of the requirements for the degrees of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) and Doctor of Science (DSc) in Technical Sciences.
Since its establishment, the journal has served as a professional platform for the dissemination of scientific knowledge, research outcomes, and advanced practical experience in the field of agriculture. Beginning in 2026, the journal has been published exclusively in electronic format, in compliance with contemporary scholarly publishing standards and internationally recognized best practices in scientific communication.
“Agroengineering Solutions” is an independent peer-reviewed scientific journal devoted to research in the fields of agricultural mechanization, automation, and digital transformation. The journal publishes original research articles, analytical reviews, experimental investigations, and reports on innovative engineering projects that contribute to the development of agricultural engineering, sustainable agricultural production, and advanced agrotechnologies.
Particular attention is given to research focused on improving the performance and efficiency of agricultural machinery, implementing energy- and resource-efficient technologies, advancing equipment and processes for feed production and processing, and developing agricultural robotics, intelligent control systems, digital monitoring technologies, and precision agriculture solutions.
The journal is intended for agricultural engineers, design and development engineers, researchers, academic staff, doctoral students, independent scholars, manufacturers of agricultural machinery and equipment, as well as professionals and practitioners engaged in the agro-industrial sector.

Publication Frequency
“Agroengineering Solutions” is published quarterly, with four issues released annually. Manuscripts are accepted throughout the year on a continuous basis. Each issue is prepared and published according to the journal’s editorial schedule.
Open Access Policy
All articles published in “Agroengineering Solutions” are made available under a full open-access model and are freely accessible online immediately upon publication without subscription, registration, or embargo. All articles are published under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). Authors retain copyright of their published work while granting the journal the right of first publication.
Peer Review Process
“Agroengineering Solutions” applies a double-blind peer review process. All manuscripts that successfully pass the initial editorial screening are evaluated by at least two independent reviewers. The identities of both authors and reviewers remain confidential throughout the review process. The final editorial decision is made by the Editor-in-Chief or an authorized member of the Editorial Board based on the reviewers’ recommendations.

Article Processing Charge (APC)
Under the journal’s open-access publishing model, the standard Article Processing Charge (APC) is USD 200 and applies only to manuscripts accepted for publication. No submission fee is charged.
The APC covers editorial processing, management of the peer review process, article preparation, online publication, metadata preparation, platform maintenance, and long-term digital archiving. Detailed information is provided in the “Author Fees” section.
In 2026, all publication costs for authors are covered by the Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers National Research University (TIIAME National Research University). Therefore, no APC or other publication fees are charged to authors during this period.
Plagiarism and Misappropriation
The Editorial Board of “Agroengineering Solutions” screens all submitted manuscripts for plagiarism, misappropriation, text recycling, and other forms of academic misconduct using plagiarism detection tools such as Antiplagiarism software.
Authors are responsible for ensuring the originality of their manuscripts and for properly acknowledging all sources used in their work. The use of text, data, figures, tables, or ideas from other sources without appropriate attribution constitutes a violation of publication ethics.
